My condolences to Brandi family. I worked with Brandi at Whataburger as her Manager. He use to come up there as well and he seems to be so nice. It’s sad for her. She was a sweet young lady and her babies. I will keep her family in prayers🙏🙏🙏😢❤️

The man who was part of the cartel said he had to testify she was stealing cocaine because he was currently sharing a cell in prison with one the men in the Mexican cartel and if he didn't admit or say who was stealing the cocaine then something could happen to him. I think he was lying..he was probably stealing from the cartel himself but just put the blame on her to spare his life.

That would be a cool narrative, except that’s not why he did it. That’s a tactic he’s used in the past that has worked in his favor to get his clients acquitted of charges. There was no secret plot of the lawyer, this is real life, not the movies.
His constant laughter during his first interview was absolutely evil. Of course, everyone grieves differently, while some people don’t grieve at all. I have no doubt he committed these awful murders. I’m also absolutely floored 😳 that the ONLY thing his wife was concerned about on that phone call was his philandering, not the fact that he potentially murdered a woman & all 3 of her innocent kids. You’d think she’d have some empathy as this easily could’ve happened to her & her kids.

His wife knew that he did something like that and defended him. She should've been locked up too. I kept looking for just the slightest hint of sadness and/or anger at the death of his child, his conviction and his sentencing. Just one shred of an emotion, any emotion and I saw nothing. If I was in his position I’d be falling out crying or angry and vengeful. This man was either giggling like a teenager or stone faced. I think they got the right guy. This is sad and heartbreaking. I knew him and I went to school with him. I remember this first hit the news in Tallahassee, I was devastated and shocked. I didn't want to believe it. When they told him that his child was dead, he didn't cry or sho any sign of remorse, red flags went up for me then. You can't put anything past HUMANS these days.

I watched his trial, he told the Prosecuter that his first born son was in the hospital and he made a promise to God, that if he let him live he would never cheat on his wife again. That son died 10 months later at almost a 1yr old and he claimed it was S.I.D.S. Then the death of these other children that I think he killed I wouldn't doubt if he killed his first son. Also he was ordered to pay child support for another child he had when he cheated on his wife, so he had 2 child support cases on him at the time of the murders.

The smart thing would have for him to do was get a blood test to find out if that boy was actual his son & those two girls if he had any question regrading the paternity of them. So he is a monster for killing her & those three innocent children.

@@kirstyg3978it's not given that if he appealed he would have lost. Esp with the little amount of true evidence they had, there's a pretty good chance he would have gotten his appeal granted and gotten a new trial. His lawyer knew that which is exactly why they invited the death sentence.

IDont like how the narrator mentioned her being on section 8 and not owning her house be a reason why her house would not get robbed. From the looks of it , of course besides the mess from obvious murder scene, her house is the perfect house to rob. Watching podcast on this case, I thought he was innocent because of the inmate confession and the DNA found at the crime scene of a drug smuggler but after watching this show, I change my mind, I now believe he's guilty. This showed a lot more details on the case. The 2nd cellphone being at the location doing the time of the murder really did it for me.

Except he was testifying that he did know her personally and had seen her; they were showing his lack of credibility and thar his timeline didn't match reality because of her age and lack of a car.

Him giggling/laughing throughout that interrogation & not having any emotion regarding his son's murder, was demonic. He married a cold hearted person as well. Brandy fought, I wish they would have said something about DNA under her nails, since he had scratches on him. His fellow prisoners will make sure he gets his; you can't murder 3 little kids & not get prison justice. I pray for Brandy's loved ones.

I see Child Support being a huge deal with men. My ex hid ALL our assets, perjured himself, threatened to kill me if I got child support. Sad part he's so evil, without me, he wouldn't have the companies we created at age 21. He made on the books 27k a month, more in cash. He's another Tristan Thompson, they don't want them listen.
